Conditional Licence Guarantee

Drivers-inc Driving School hereby guarantees that in the event that a student driver of the school does not succeed in passing the Victorian Drivers Licence Test, then that student: 1. Having been taught to drive by a Drivers-inc Driving School instructor for a minimum of six lessons; and 2. Having reached a standard that a Drivers-inc Driving School instructor considers is safe to drive on the roads; and further, 3. The student has passed 2 practice test runs with the instructor prior to the test. 4. The first test was not failed by an immediate failure ie, Crash situation, Running a red light or Stop Sign etc a) is, subject to the conditions set out above and at no charge to the student, covered for the labour re-testing cost with Drivers-inc Driving School. "Re-testing Costs" means the time it take to do a re-test only, not the Vic Roads charges or the lesson before the test, and remember we start and finish at Vic Roads. |
